Question 1

Do you supply spare parts alongside vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can source spare parts, consumables and accessory packages together with vehicle orders, or as standalone shipments for existing fleets. Parts can be consolidated into the same shipment as vehicles where practical.

Question 2

Can parts and vehicles be shipped together?

Accepted Answer

In many cases yes. Consolidating parts with a vehicle shipment reduces freight cost per unit. Where regulations or packing requirements prevent mixed loading, we arrange a separate consolidated shipment.

Question 3

Do you supply parts for the brands you export?

Accepted Answer

We source parts for the brands in our catalogue — including BYD, Geely, Changan, Wuling, Deepal and Voyah — and can also quote parts for other Chinese makes on request.

Question 4

How do I specify the parts I need?

Accepted Answer

Send us the vehicle model, year, VIN or part number and the quantity required. Where a part number is unavailable, a clear photo or description is usually enough for us to identify the correct item.

Question 5

Is there a minimum order for parts?

Accepted Answer

Parts can be ordered in small quantities and combined with vehicle orders. For standalone parts shipments, the minimum depends on the item and destination; tell us what you need and we will confirm.
